(MEI) with Cloud Cover Distribution is excited to introduce an inventive, unique and patented Product Line of Off-centered Umbrellas that make it easier to handle a day of rain or snow. Each user of these fantastic umbrellas WILL receive greater coverage during precipitation by literally becoming the center of the umbrella. MEI, New Jersey, is a company driven to provide customers with better solutions during precipitation and inclement weather. The customer base includes all consumers within demographics where precipitation is dynamically present, businesses and sports affiliates, catalog shoppers and Internet Web users. Marketing will be initially channeled through Direct Sales Mediums to consumers. For many years, competitors have offered multiple solutions for precipitation, but seemed to ignore the true problem with the basic umbrella. Hence, there is great potential for MEI to surpass its competitors. With sources within direct knowledge of the industry, extensive research experience, unique administration skills, world-class engineering, trading, production and marketing teams, MEI will, over three years, respectively acquire a high market share, nationally and globally. MEI would benefit from several strategic alliances; hence, receiving very competitive pricing on most services, allowing the company to offer competitive pricing to the consumer. Competitive threats from umbrella companies in or around New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York states, that service buyers globally, include: Totes® (Isotoner), Shaw Creations®, S. Frankford & Sons®, MarketUmbrellas.com and Essex® Manufacturing, etc. CEO Dominic Muscella’s complete vision of his company is consistent, but he has continued to revise the course of action to increase sales performance and secure profit for the Corporation. MEI Executives have made it their clear focus to work toward getting financing or a capital investor to work hand-in-hand with us to develop and finance the Umbrella products, while learning the trade and practices, business and product development, shareholding, customer buying habits and interests. "A Company incorporating the better Umbrella product in form and function within the Umbrella Industry and Marketplace while greater serving the needs of the public during all weather conditions."
Two marketing / licensing companies have opened up avenues to the company to present the prototype to their firms in California. They require monetary funds to secure their interests and there is currently no capital in our accounts to afford this avenue. The “Engineering Plans” for the finished “product” cost $16,000.00. A prototype would require a payment of at least $35,000. We are still working on securing the funding here in New Jersey.
Our objective has not changed. The primary objective of CCD is to create, patent, have manufactured and market a variety of high and "better than the competition" quality OFF-CENTER UMBRELLA products within the Umbrella trade for the general, sports and business consumer at a competitive price.

The business is slow, but growing. There has been an incredible response to his mural work and many of the works are on public display for the public to enjoy. Plans and goals for additional artists and a gallery are underway. With help from word of mouth advertising, unexpected work happens everyday and keeps us hoping for more earned media and free publicity.
Dominic Muscella’s popularity is increasing and the company is working hard to secure larger works and has placed bids throughout the year to try to secure these works.

Sales from Mobile Disc Jockey Entertainment and Comedy Shows requiring a Disc Jockey / Contract Labor such as; weddings, birthdays and other celebrations decreased in 2007. Slow sales have been attributed to a change in market needs and rising prices. 2008 is expected to be a stronger year, though due to the increase in gas and market prices CLP’s prices have risen accordingly by 22%.
